The women I tend to attract are earlier versions of myself. They're standing where I once stood: lost, uncertain, not trusting themselves, knowing something needs to change yet not sure how.
If that feels like you, you're in the right place.
Life just disrupted you. Maybe it's:
A relationship that's falling apart (or already ended)
A job you hate (or just lost)
A career that doesn't fit anymore
Becoming a parent, empty nesting, or other life stage shift
A health diagnosis or wake-up call
The realization that you've been living someone else's life
You're standing at a crossroads asking: "Who am I now? What do I actually want?"
Somewhere along the way (in a relationship, in motherhood, in your career, in caretaking), you disappeared. You became who everyone else needed you to be.
Now you look in the mirror and don't recognize yourself. You don't know what you like anymore. What you want. What lights you up.
You want to find yourself again. Yet, you don't know where to start.
You say yes when you mean no. You give and give and give until you're empty. You put everyone else's needs before your own. You're terrified of disappointing people.
You've been told you're "too sensitive" or "too much" or "not enough." You second-guess everything you say and do. You apologize constantly... even when you've done nothing wrong.
You're exhausted. And you're ready to learn how to set boundaries without guilt.
You constantly second-guess yourself. You ask everyone else what they think before making a decision. You Google everything. You make pros and cons lists that never help.
You've ignored your gut so many times that you're not even sure you can hear it anymore. Or maybe you hear it, but don't trust it.
You want to trust yourself again. To make decisions with confidence. To stop looking outside yourself for answers that can only come from within.
You're in a relationship (or job, or living situation, or pattern) and you can't decide:
Do I stay and try to make this work?
Do I leave and start over?
How do I even know what the right choice is?
You've been stuck in this loop for months, maybe years. You're paralyzed by fear of making the wrong choice.
You need clarity. And you need tools to trust whatever you decide.
You've always been a little bit spiritual. Maybe you read your horoscope. Maybe you've heard of tarot cards but they seem scary. Maybe you're fascinated by energy healing but don't know if it's "real."
You're spiritual. You believe there's something more... intuition, energy, the universe, Source, whatever you want to call it, but you've never had anyone teach you how to work with it.
You want to learn. You're open. You're ready to try new things.
You've been to therapy. Maybe it helped. Maybe it didn't. Yet you're tired of analyzing your past without creating change in your present.
You don't just want to talk about your problems. You want to DO something about them. You want tools. You want practices. You want to feel different, not just understand yourself better.
You're ready for transformation, not just insight.
Who I Work Best With (Psychographics)
You like homework. You want to try new things. You're willing to experiment with practices that might feel weird at first. You're open to journaling, card pulling, breathwork, and other tools.
You don't need me to force you to do the work. You just need someone to guide you and check in on your progress.
Growth requires expansion. You're ready to feel uncomfortable, try things that scare you a little, and challenge the stories you've been telling yourself for years.
You're not looking for someone to coddle you. You're looking for someone to lovingly call you out when you're playing small.
You're done making excuses. You're ready to own your patterns, catch yourself in the moment, and take responsibility for creating the life you want.
You know that transformation requires action and you're willing to do the work.
You don't have to believe in Reiki or tarot or Human Design. You just have to be open to trying new things. Curious. Willing to suspend judgment and see what happens.
If you're deeply skeptical or think "woo" is nonsense, I'm probably not your coach. If you're intrigued though... let's talk.
Demographics: Who Typically Works With Me
Age: Women in their 20s-50s
Life Stage: Major transitions (divorce, job change, empty nest, career pivot, quarter-life or midlife crisis)
Professions: Often caregivers: nurses, teachers, social workers, HR professionals, therapists, administrators. People who give a lot in their work and forget to give to themselves.
Income: You're making decent money (enough to invest in coaching), yet you're likely underpaid for what you do.
Relationship Status: Married, divorced, single, partnered... doesn't matter. What matters is you're questioning something.
Kids: Some have kids, some don't. Not a defining factor.
Location: Online, phone or in-person (East Valley area).
The Most Common Patterns I See
When you walk into my office (or onto a Zoom call), here's what I'm likely to notice:
You dim your light so others feel comfortable. You downplay your accomplishments. You don't ask for what you deserve in relationships, at work, anywhere.
You've built your entire identity around being "nice" and "helpful." The idea of setting a boundary feels terrifying. You'd rather suffer in silence than risk disappointing someone.
You constantly second-guess your decisions. You ask everyone else what they think. You ignore the quiet voice inside that already knows the answer.
Your brain fills in the gaps with narratives that usually aren't true: "He didn't text back, so he must be mad at me." "She didn't invite me, so she must not like me." These stories create unnecessary suffering.
You want everything to be perfect before you start, so you never start. Or you start something, get interrupted, and never finish it. Your to-do list is a mile long and overwhelming.
You're always the one checking in, showing up, offering help. When you need support though? Crickets. Or you don't even know how to ask for it.
You live in your head. You ignore physical signals until they become impossible to ignore (migraines, digestive issues, chronic pain, panic attacks). Your body's been trying to tell you something for years, yet you haven't listened.

Who I'm NOT a Good Fit For
Let's be real: I'm not for everyone.
I'm not a good fit if:
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do (I don't do that)
You're looking for quick fixes or magic pills (transformation takes work)
You're deeply religious and think "woo" is evil (I respect your beliefs, but we won't align)
You're not willing to be uncomfortable or try new things (growth requires expansion)
You want to stay in victim mode and blame everyone else (I'll lovingly call you out)
You're looking for a therapist to diagnose you (I'm a coach, not a clinician)
You just want someone to validate your complaints without challenging you to change (not my jam)
